Meet our Committee Members

	Richard Blunt BSc Chairman Richard joined the Board in 2001 because he believes in affordable rural housing and he see the role of the Chairman to promote the importance of affordable housing. Richard restores listed buildings within the East Midlands and in his spare time enjoys playing tennis and skiing.

	Richard Windley BSc Richard is the Leicestershire & Rutland Rural Housing Enabler and joined the Board in 2005 following interest in the provision of affordable rural homes and sustainability of villages. Richard sees the key issues facing the Association as maintaining an excellence in all aspects of letting and growing the business.
	Andrew Boyce BA Dianne Diacon Nikki Hening
	Louise Driver BSc Hons Louise is the Rural Officer in the Policy Team at Leicestershire County Council. Louise joined the Board in August 2007 because she is committed to supporting the provision of affordable housing in rural areas as a way of retaining communities.
	Chris Lambert BA(Hons) Chris is the Head of Housing at North West Leicestershire District Council and has worked in local government since the early 1990's. Chris joined the Board in 2008 but was previously a board member of Northamptonshire Rural Housing Association. He considers his role as supporting the business objectives of the organisation and providing professional constructive challenges when appropriate.
