Maintenance
The Association provides a variety of development and management services to meet local housing needs directly.
Included in the management of properties is our provision of maintenance services. The Association has a number of agreements with local contractors who maintain all properties to a high standard throughout the region. Again, we have high service standards, including target time and codes of conduct.
