HOW TO APPLY FOR RENTED HOUSING
Do you qualify?
To apply for one of our properties it is essential that you have a local connection to the village you are applying to. This means that you are a current resident, have previously lived in the village, work in the village or have close relatives in the village. If you unsure as to whether you have a local connection contact us to discuss in more detail or click here for further information on local connection.
Direct Applications
We operate our own waiting register for each village where we have accommodation.If you wish to apply for one of our properties please contact us and we will send a form out to you or click on the link and you can download a housing application form.
Local Authority Nominations
We also request nominations from the local authority(we are required to accept up to 100% nominations on new build properties). Therefore we ask all of our applicants to apply to their local council to enure that they are also registered on their housing waiting list.
