Your Idea Matters is a new way for you to send us your ideas.

  • We want your ideas and suggestions to help us improve our services.
  • We're looking for the big, the small, the simple, the grand!
  • Every three months, all ideas will be reviewed by a panel of managers.
  • And the winning idea will be implemented.
  • How does Your Ideas Matter work?

    It's simple.

    1. If you've got an idea, fill the in the form below and press submit.
    2. The ideas will be reviewed by a panel of managers, including the managing director.
    3. The panel will review the ideas every three months - at the end of March, June, September and December.
    4. The successful idea will be passed to the relevant service area and the manager for that area will get in touch and liaise with the resident.
    5. We will provide feedback to the residents who sent in ideas which were unsuccessful.
  • What sort of ideas can be sent in?

    We are looking for your ideas that will lead to:

    • cost savings
    • service improvements
    • introduction of a new service
    • increasing resident satisfaction with the association.

    Your ideas need to be:

    • measurable
    • authentic
    • needed.
  • What does a resident with a winning idea get?

    Most importantly, they get to work with the relevant manager to have their idea implemented!

    And, we'll also give them a £20 gift voucher.
