Once registered you can:-

- Report a repair that is not an emergency
- View your rent account

Our lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Routine repairs should be logged through myhomeonline, and as such you should only report non-emergency repairs to the Customer Care Team between 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00, Monday to Friday.
You can also call us outside these hours to report emergency repairs only, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Calls to 0300 numbers cost no more than a call to UK landline numbers beginning in 01 or 02 and are part of inclusive minute packages from mobile and landline operatives.
Our offices are closed to the public. If you need support or advice on anything from applying for a home to managing your tenancy, contact us and we will arrange for an home visit or appointment.
