If you wish to add someone to your tenancy, please see the section below.

Add someone to your tenancy
If you’d like to add someone to your tenancy (for example, a spouse or partner as joint tenant), please get in touch with your housing officer.
Joint tenancy – if one of you wants to leave
If you have a joint tenancy and one of you wises to leave the home, you must let us know.

For as long as your name is on the tenancy agreement, you’re still responsible for all the tenancy conditions, including paying the rent.

If you’d like to be taken off the tenancy, please contact your housing officer to discuss this.

If a tenant dies
Dealing with the death of a friend or relative is difficult, and managing their affairs can feel overwhelming.

We’re here to guide you through the process of notifying us and handling the tenancy when a tenant dies.
